Ksenia Kirillova, Ph.D., has a diverse industry background. She has over 16 years of professional experience, of which 8 years in the Food & Beverage sector and 9 years in academic and consultancy research. Her research is regularly published in leading international journals such as International Journal of Hospitality Management, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Annals of Tourism Research, and Tourism Management. Ksenia serves as an associate editor for Annals of Tourism Research and a research director for International Tourism Studies Association (ITSA). Born and raised in Russia, Ksenia’s career spans three continents and countries (USA, Hong Kong, and France). She received a PhD degree from Purdue University and holds a Master degree from the University of New Orleans. Having worked as an assistant and associate professor at School of Hotel and Tourism Management in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Ksenia is currently an associate professor of marketing at the Institute Paul Bocuse (Lyon, France).
