Kwanglim Seo, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the School of Travel Industry Management at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. He received his Ph.D. in Hospitality Management from The Pennsylvania State University; and M.S. in International Hospitality Management from University of Strathclyde. His areas of expertise include financial management, revenue management, and strategic management in the hospitality and tourism industry.
