Dr. Priyanko Guchait is an Associate Professor at the Conrad N. Hilton college of Hotel and Restaurant Management at University of Houston. His research expertise is in the area of organizational behavior/psychology and leadership. Dr. Guchait has published over 50 peer-reviewed articles in top hospitality journals; has won several research excellence awards; and serves on the editorial board of top journals. He regularly publishes in industry journals/magazines and his work gets recognized in media as well. Dr Guchait currently serves as the President of West Federation CHRIE (Council on Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education).
