Roger Drake currently serves as PR & Marketing Executive and previously Interim Chief Marketing Officer, Condado Tacos: Condado Tacos is a brand that Celebrates Individuality in an Original Art environment; Come as You Are, Be Who You Are. Since day one, the brand has been laser-focused on Craveable, Clean & Innovative Tacos, Margs, and more. It is maniacal about speed in the delivery of food and operational efficiency. It’s a fun, edgy brand that refers to itself as a “taco joint” and has brand characters such as Peezler, Moon Man, and Ghost Pepper, with suggested tacos that include Blue Dream, Sweet Lucy, and Juju. Condado is expanding beyond its current 49 restaurants in 10 states, primarily in the Midwest and Southeast, and expanding its footprint further within the Southeast and Atlantic corridor over the next 3-5 years. Roger is formerly Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing Morton’s The Steakhouse and Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill, and previously has executed and hosted major fund-raising events with professional athletes and not for profits such as Make-A-Wish and Feeding America. Drake began his career in video and film production and earned an Emmy award for his broadcast television work at Major League Baseball, in collaboration with NBC Sports. He has previously served as an adjunct professor at Rutgers University for their Executive MBA program and has spoken on a variety of marketing & media topics, panels, and podcasts.
