Sunny Ham is a professor in the Department of Food & Nutrition at Yonsei University in Seoul, Korea. She also serves as a Head of the Graduate School of Human Environmental Sciences in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. She obtained her BS and MS from Yonsei University in Food & Nutrition, while she earned her Ph.D. from Purdue University in Hospitality Management. She performed a number of research projects funded by governments, including the Department of Education, Seoul School Health Promotion Center, and Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, etc. Her research interests include foodservice operation and management and food safety management and education.
