Stephen Decina, a PhD candidate and member of the Templer lab, recently received an “Outstanding Student Paper Award” from the American Geophysical Union at the December 2016 meeting for his presentation titled: “Patterns and Drivers of Inorganic and Organic Nitrogen and Phosphorus Deposition, Cycling, and Loss Throughout a Metropolitan Area.” The meeting is attended by over 20,000 people each year.
