Current Research:
I am studying the importance of the Intervening Domain (IVD) in the NF-kB pathway scaffold protein NEMO, and particularly it’s importance for NEMO liquid liquid phase separation (LLPS). hope to discover how disease mutations may disrupt LLPS as a transient sub-cellular organization and how this might expand our understanding of both LLPS and the NF-kB pathway.
