Shadi Daher (SDM’90,’94) takes the reins

Shadi Daher (SDM’90,’94)

Longtime BU volunteer Shadi Daher has been elected the new president of the Boston University Alumni Council (and, therefore, of the BU Alumni Association).

An oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Boston, Daher is a founder and president of the Massachusetts-based charitable organization Medical Missions for Children, Inc., where he served as treasurer and director for several years. He organized the University’s inaugural Alumni Leadership Forum last fall.

The BUAA thanks outgoing president Dave Hollowell (ENG’69,’72, GSM’74) for his years of leadership and service.
