Research
We are in the process of updating, please check back later. Thank you!
We use psychophysics, computational modeling, fMRI and MEG to study the nature of motion processing in the human brain and the effects of brain lesions on visual motion perception in stroke patients.
Research projects include:
- Complex Motion Processing and its Deficits
- First and Second Order Motion Processing and its Deficits
- Biological Motion Perception and its Deficits
- Deficits in the Perception of Discontinuities of Motion Cues
- Perceptual Learning and Restorative Plasticity after Stroke
- Eye Movements and Motion Perception
- The “Magic Hat” Project: Computational Vision Applied to Developing Aids for Visual Navigation
- Theoretical Engineering and Neuroinformatics
