The materials are as we have developed and used them in our research. We do not offer any technical or other support for their use. There are no warranties of any kind, whether explicit or implied. You assume the entire risk of all use of any of the BRAVI&NOVI materials (including our publications), and you must test them in detail before you use them.
Most of the data posted on the BRAVI&NOVI websites result from research with human subjects. All tests were performed under approval from the Institution Review Boards and with the subjects’ Informed Consent. None of the data contain any identifying information. We will not provide any identifying information regarding any of the subjects that have participated in these studies.
You may not sell, rent, or lease works based on the BRAVI and/or NOVI labs materials nor permit anyone else to do so.
