Philip G. Simon

Philip G. Simon (CFA’69) of Drums, Pa., published A History of American Popular Music (Cognella Publishing, 2024), intended primarily as a textbook for undergraduate music appreciation or American popular music classes. “However,” he writes, “the general reader will find much to learn and enjoy about the book.”
