I am studying the evolution of parasitism using differential expression data of the lined sea anemone, Edwardsiella lineata. In addition I am tracking the infection frequency of E. lineata of its host, Mnemiopsis leidyi, and using population genomics on both species to better understand their relationship. Finally, I am doing experiments to test the conditions under which these species can live, with implications for climate change.
