Dr. Richardson is a graduate of the clinical Psychology program at the University of California at Los Angeles (PhD, 1993) and completed postdoctoral studies in neuropsychology at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute (1993-95). Primary research activities address neurobehavioral sequelae of HIV/AIDS, acute and chronic substance abuse, depression and closed head injury. Additional research and clinical interests include: neurocognitive assessment; impact of culture, ethnicity and identity on psychological assessment and clinical judgement; individual and institutional factors that influence access to/utilization of mental health services.
Dr. Richardson offers neuropsychological assessment services and provides neuropsychological assessment training and supervision through the Psychological Services Center, at the Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders at Boston Universit
