Why are you serving as a Peer Mentor?

“I am serving as a peer mentor because my own experience in FY101 was amazing! When I was in the class myself, I made some great friends, learned tons of information about all the formal parts of school (e.g scheduling, communicating with professors, dealing with timelines), and really had a safe space to share whatever I was struggling with. I want to help create the same environment for incoming students.”
