Professor James Arthur and Dr. Tom Harrison examined the theories and practices of character education in Britain as well as the links to service learning and youth social action. The Call for Character in Britain, enlightened attendees on past and current studies as well as preliminary results published by the Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues, University Birmingham (UK).
