    Child Assessment and Therapy

    PCIT International: Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (for oppositionality/hyperactivity). PCIT is an evidence-based treatment for young children with behavioral problems.

    Boston Child Study Center: A treatment center dedicated to improving the lives of children, adolescents and families through evidence-based cognitive behavioral treatments.

        General Family Resources

        Community Resource Connects finds resources in your area for mental health counseling, child care, early intervention and developmental support, parenting education, housing and utilities, food, medical care, employment support.

        Parenting Resources from the Department of Education includes information about early childhood education, special education, homework tips, reading resources, paying for college, and more.

        Children’s Hospital Boston Family Resource Guide is intended to provide families with information to gather support, service options, educational materials such as fact sheets on pediatric mental health, and other agencies that may provide support with navigating the Massachusetts mental health system.

        Pathways.org is a not-for-profit organization providing FREE child development information to empower parents and health professionals.
