Chen Cheng, PhD

I received my Ph.D. in Developmental and Brain Sciences from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a B.S. in Psychology from Zhejiang University, China. My graduate work focused on the early development of visual working memory. Specifically, I studied the role of focused attention in visual working memory in infants (Cheng, Kaldy, Blaser, 2019). As a postdoc, I primarily study the computational capacity of the Approximate Number System in early childhood.

I also like reading, drumming, and watching TV shows.
