Ameya Gokhale

Ameya Gokhale is a first-year PhD student in the Faculty of Computing and Data Sciences department at Boston University. He is currently working with Dr. Pawel Przytycki to develop methods that analyze multi-modal genomics data. More specifically, he is creating models to analyze changes in cell states over developmental time and disease progression.
Research focus: Statistical modeling, machine learning
