Bioinformatics at BU

The Program in Bioinformatics was founded at BU in 1999 and is recognized among the top research and graduate training bioinformatics programs in the US. It conducts highly interdisciplinary research, teaching, and training at the nexus of the medical, biological, and computational sciences.

PhD student Justin Moy works with Pawel Przytycki on January 13, 2025. May has LAMA2 muscular dystrophy—and has come to BU as part of his quest to find a cure for his disease.
