Dr. Zaman leads the Zaman Lab of Boston University, which is divided into two main thrusts, namely global health and cancer. Within the global health arena, his interests are focused on improving health systems through understanding of disease determinants, development of better diagnostics, and helping local stakeholders implement evidence-based policy. His current work focuses on antimicrobial resistance, One Health integrated solutions, improved testing of drug quality, and improved diagnostics for maternal health.
