Bruce Hall performs with several premiere orchestras in Boston. For more than thirty-five years, Bruce has been principal trumpet with the Boston Ballet and Boston Lyric Opera orchestras. As a member of the Handel and Haydn Society since 1984, Bruce performs on the natural baroque trumpet. He can be heard on several recordings with the Boston Pops and the Boston Symphony Orchestra.

Mr. Hall has toured throughout the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East with The Boston Symphony, Boston Pops, Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra, and The Israel Chamber Orchestra. He has performed under many distinguished conductors, including Leonard Bernstein, Gunther Schuller, Kurt Masur, James Levine, Seiji Ozawa, John Williams, Keith Lockhart, and Andris Nelsons. Bruce is a graduate of the Interlochen Arts Academy and the New England Conservatory of Music, where he studied with Robert Nagel, Armando Ghitalla, Andre Come, and Roger Voisin. Mr. Hall actively freelances throughout New England.
