The preservation of family histories, celebration of success stories, and reflection on personal experiences are integral to my work, as I seek to build relationships with my audience in this process. My work is informed by deeply personal, layered narratives related to culture, language and self-discovery. These narratives are captured through a multi-disciplinary approach, combining hand-crafted elements (primarily paper-cut artwork) with audio-visual pieces, thus creating an immersive experience for the viewer.
