Originally from Charlotte, NC, Jonathan joins Marsh Chapel having graduated from Yale Divinity School in May of 2022 with a Master of Divinity. Some of Jonathan’s involvements at Yale Divinity included serving as a Chapel Minister for Marquand Chapel and Coordinator for the YDS DivFarm. Jonathan also received his Bachelor’s in Environmental Studies from Davidson College in Davidson, NC and is in the ordination process with the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.).
As the Associate Chaplain for Student Outreach, Jonathan promotes and supports Marsh Chapel’s various worship, ministry, and wellbeing programs for students at Boston University. Jonathan’s work centers on building community, engaging students in religious life, and serving as a representative of religious life at university events and activities.
