CGSW 11.0 Abstract Submission Information

The Center for Information and Systems Engineering invites student affiliates to submit an abstract to present at the 11th annual CISE Graduate Student Workshop (CGSW 11.0), which will be held January 24, 2025.

Eligibility & Evaluation Criteria

The abstract must represent original research conducted primarily by the student.

Speaker proposal abstracts will be evaluated based on:

• Creativity and innovation.
• Significance and impact of work.
• Completeness and quality of work presented.
• Relevance to information and systems engineering, broadly defined.

Submission Requirements

• Speaker abstracts must include 3-5 key words.
• Abstracts must be submitted in PDF or MS Word format and must be 500 words or less.
• All abstracts are due on or before 11:59 p.m. EST on Friday, November 8, 2024.
• Submitters are allowed a maximum of one (1) abstract submission.

Speaker Notification

• Notification of Abstract Acceptance: No later than 12/9.
• Students whose abstracts have been selected need to be present to deliver a 12-minute research presentation with a 3-minute Q&A slot on Jan. 24th.
