Assistant Professor, Operations and Technology Management (Questrom)
Jinglong Zhao is an Assistant Professor of Operations and Technology Management at the Questrom School of Business and a faculty affiliate at the Center for Information and Systems Engineering at Boston University. His research provides data science services to business operations. By leveraging operations research techniques, he develops innovative econometric methods that are then applied to solve complex operational challenges. Jinglong earned a PhD in Social and Engineering Systems and Statistics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
