Biography:

Matthew Resseger is a Senior Economist in the Research Division at the Boston Planning and Development Agency. In this role, he conducts research across a broad range of local issues spanning the housing and labor markets, demography, transportation, and land use. Prior to joining the BPDA, Matthew received his PhD in Economics from Harvard University, where his dissertation focused on measuring the impact of land use regulation on racial segregation. He has published work on urban inequality, and the role of knowledge in urban agglomeration.
