Lauren began her PhD in Classical Studies after receiving her BA in Classical Studies in 2022 from the University of California, Santa Cruz. She is primarily interested in Augustan poetry, pastoral and georgic literature (and the violence within), and Vergil’s Georgics. In her free time, she enjoys playing guitar and collecting records.
