Sophie Wilhelm is a first year PhD student. They graduated from Wheaton College in Massachusetts in 2023 with a BA in both Classics and Italian Studies. Their interests are broad, including Homeric epic (particularly the Odyssey), Athenian tragedy, reception in Italian film, and the contexts in which stories are written. Outside of their studies of the ancient world, you can find Sophie drawing, invested in a hockey game, or struggling to keep up with an ever-expanding to-watch list.
