Two Roads Brewery student campaign wins AdLab top honor
An advertising campaign for Two Roads Brewery co-created by COM advertising students earned them the top prize at the spring Adlabbies, the semi-annual awards presented for the best work by student staff members of AdLab, the country’s largest student-run ad agency.
The students worked with Remarkable Digital Group to expand upon the theme, “Taking the Road Less Traveled” for urban professionals in Boston.
“Our winning student team took research and creative to a new level for Two Roads,” says Shawn Zupp, professor of the practice in advertising and AdLab faculty adviser. “All of our student nominees clearly exemplified what AdLab is all about.”
Asics received a first-ever Adlabbie for “Outstanding Client Partnership,” for the company’s consecutive partnership with AdLab. Lauren Thimmesch, Asics head of creative, digital activations, was on hand to receive the award and speak with students.
In all, 23 students received awards, and 95 were nominated. The winners:
