Zelnick analyzes impact of bin Laden’s death
The killing of Osama bin Laden has done substantial damage to al-Qaida's terrorist organization, Robert Zelnick, COM journalism professor, said on Fox 25 (Boston) News this morning in an interview with host Gene Lavanchy.
"This dooms al-Qaida to a second- or third-rate relevance," Zelnick said. "I think it’s been dented and dented during the 10 years since the attacks on New York and Washington. I think this pretty well underlines that fact."
