Ketchum is open to hiring interns in all of the agency’s domestic offices, however, New York City, Washington D.C., San Francisco, and Chicago are preferred because of the size of the media communities in those locations. The McCreary Family Travel Fund
Traveling to an internship can pose a significant financial barrier for many students, often hindering their ability to seize valuable career opportunities. The McCreary Family Travel Fund therefore was created to help College of Communication students with their career enrichment, by providing travel support to their internship location. Please note that the maximum a student can receive from this fund is $1,500. This fund is intended to alleviate the financial burden of travel and is not a substitute for compensation. The funds are limited and given on a ‘first-come first-served’ basis. COM Career Services does not guarantee that we will be able to meet the funding request. How to Apply : Once you have secured your internship and have proof of the offer, fill out the McCreary Travel Form. You will be asked questions to create a travel budget request for your internship, as well as a brief essay with your career goals and how this internship contributes towards it.
