Boston University Diversity & Inclusion (BU D&I) works with the schools and colleges at the BU Charles River, Medical, and Fenway campuses to promote an inclusive environment at BU. Driven by the core values of inclusion, education, change, and action BU D&I takes strategic action to aid the recruitment of faculty, staff, and students from marginalized and/or historically excluded groups to contribute to a rich academic experience for the BU community. Through programming and grant opportunities, BU D&I provides educational opportunities to foster civic discussions on issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice. Conclusively, BU D&I is working to create equitable pathways to social, academic, and professional success for all members of the BU Community.
