COM is staffed Monday to Friday from 8am-9pm when Fall/Spring classes are in session. During the summer and when classes are not held, hours are 9am-5pm. There is limited support on the weekends, however the comhelp@bu.edu email account is checked periodically.
Weekdays, Spring & Fall Semesters

COM Tech Ops, 3rd Floor. 617-353-3453. (8am – 7pm)
Student employees are generally available in Room 205 and Room 337F until 9pm M-F for in-person assistance.
Weekends
There is no regular in-person staff support on weekends. Special event staffing is by advanced request.
