Laptop Information
In September of 2018, COM has transitioned to “bring your own device” (BYOD) based in-classroom instruction for all courses previously taught in computer labs. Most computer labs have been converted to laptop specific COM Classrooms. Students who otherwise would be taught in computer labs will be expected to bring a computer to class (their own or a loaner) with the required software installed and ready to work.
If you are a COM student and you need to borrow a laptop for class use, we do have loaner laptops available. See the COM Loaner Laptops page for more information.
