Robin Stevens

Robin Stevens is a biologist primarily interested in genetics, neurobiology and evolution. In the past she has done research examining the genetic specification of neural circuits responsible for Drosophilia (fruit fly) courtship behavior, as well as the molecular mechanisms involved in regulating neuronal communication. Dr. Stevens is an advocate for K-12 STEM education and volunteered with the after-school program Science Club for Girls for 10 years.

In her free time, she enjoys outdoor sports (soccer, skiing, rock climbing), reading, walking in the Arnold Arboretum, and travel. She is also a third-degree black belt in taekwondo.
