100 Bay State Road – Construction Activity for the period May 18 – June 2

For May 19 through June 2 you may expect:
The tarp system, which enclosed the building for work during the winter, has been entirely removed. Though the majority of the work taking place is inside, there still remains some work to be done on to the exterior. This include site improvements and finishing the façade. Installation of flooring, lighting and other interior finishes is ongoing. The delivery of food service equipment has begun and will continue. The project is currently on target to have a Certificate of Occupancy on June 29th. The team of 200 + people working on site every day is working hard to make sure the schedule is met.
