100 Bay State Road – Construction Activity for the period June 23 – June 30

For June 23 through June 30 you may expect:
Though the majority of the work taking place is inside, there still remains some work to be done on to the exterior. This include site improvements and finishing the façade. By next week there will be no fence surrounding the site, except for the Kenmore Lot area, and landscaping will be finished. Installation of the sidewalk and the granite seat wall on Deerfield Street will continue through next week. Installation of flooring, lighting and other interior finishes is ongoing. The project is currently on target to have a Certificate of Occupancy on June 29th. Furniture delivery will start in July and occupants are expected to move in starting late July and throughout August. The team of 250 + people working on site every day is working hard to make sure the schedule is met so that the building is fully functional when students return in the fall.
