100 Bay State Road – Construction Activity for the period July 14 – July 28

For July 14 through July 28 you may expect:
Though the majority of the work is taking place inside, there still remains some work to be done on to the exterior. This includes site improvements and finishing the façade. The fence surrounding the site will be removed soon, except for the around the Kenmore Lot. Landscaping and installation of the sidewalk and the granite seat wall on Deerfield Street will continue for the next few weeks. Installation of flooring, lighting and other interior finishes is wrapping up. Cleaning and punch list items are in process. Furniture delivery is ongoing and will continue for the next few weeks. Occupants are expected to move in starting late July and throughout August. The team of over 100 people on site every day is working hard to make sure the schedule is met so that the building is fully operational when students return in the fall.
