Rebar & formwork continuing in the Podium
During the weekend of October 31st
On Saturday, crews will be on site to continue with the installation of bracing for the Support of Excavation (SOE) system.
During the week of November 2nd
Following the completion of the third level of cross bracing for the SOE system in the tower, crews will resume excavating the remaining 12 feet of soil and move it off site.
In the podium, the first section of the south foundation wall was poured with concrete on Wednesday, October 28th, with the remaining section scheduled for Monday, November 2nd.
The installation of rebar and formwork for the interior walls has begun and will continue into next week.
Waterproofing of the podium foundation walls will begin and crews will start applying the membrane at the east wall.
