Project Updates

Contractor began the installation of sheetrock following the rough-in inspection and sign off.
Work on the overhead mechanical systems continued.
The Sonotube placement for the footing of the new canopy was completed, along with the removal and block infill of an existing exterior door.

Week of April 3rd

Continuation of sheetrock installation and mechanical rough-in.
Delivery and installation of the new canopy. A police detail will be on-site for the delivery of the canopy to ensure pedestrian safety in the plaza.
Cutting of the exterior concrete wall for the new building entrance. Please note that this work is scheduled for Friday, April 7th and will be very noisy.
