Project Updates

The contractor is nearing the completion of the sheetrock installation and the mechanical rough-in work.
Sheetrock tapping has begun.
The ACT ceilings in the egress corridor will be removed this Saturday, April 8th.
Structural steel installation for the canopy has begun. Once done, the removal of the exterior concrete wall will begin.

Week of April 10th

The sheetrock installation and taping will be completed, as well as the mechanical rough-in work.
The removal of the exterior concrete wall will be completed.
Installation of the rooftop condensing unit will begin.
