On Saturday crews will be on site installing anchor bolts into concrete pier foundations by drilling and epoxying anchor bolts into the concrete piers.
During the weekend of May 24th
Last Friday (5/14) an incident occurred during steel erection. This activity has temporarily paused while the project team evaluates resuming erection. Detailing within the tower’s core and selective areas of decking will continue.
In the tower’s subbasement, work is ongoing for the plumbing piping systems.
Also in the subbasement, the mechanical subcontractor will be installing air handling units and begin installing associated piping and ductwork.
Behind Sargent College, trenching is underway to install the piping circuit for the geothermal wells #11, #12, and #13 to each other and back to the systems manifold in the basement. Following the completion of the geothermal work, the accessible pathway to the Sargent College entrance will be restored to its existing condition. Please be aware of all directional and parking signage in the area.
Deliveries to and from the site will be occurring daily with trucks entering and exiting the designated gates.
Please be aware of all directional signage, as pedestrian travel paths may be altered. We will continue to provide you with up-to-date information via these notifications.
