Perlstein Lab

Existing lab space was renovated to accommodate a new chemistry hire. Two lab areas were combined to create a new larger lab and three smaller labs were converted into a break room and conference rooms for the department, a student study area, and two smaller labs. The space received new lab benches, fume hoods and HVAC equipment, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Existing pneumatic controls were upgraded to DDC controls.
