In an effort to improve the student dining experience, The Fresh Food Co. at West Campus was expanded in 2023. With the goals of maximizing existing space, providing service parity, and increasing seating capacity the project included renovating the existing dining facility, relocating the current entrance to Claflin Hall, and reconfiguring the Claflin Hall Residence Life Office and building lobby. The project added more than 100 seats for dining and cooking stations were be upgraded. A dedicated gluten-free kitchen and pantry was be also created.
