The Ha Jin Visiting Lecturer Series welcomes successful writers from around the world to speak about their work and craft with our Boston University Creative Writing community. Past lecturers include winners of the Booker Prize, Pulitzer Prize, National Book Award, and other prestigious achievements. Most recently, our guest readers have included Shubha Sunder, Michelle Min Sterling, Jayne Anne Phillips, Ben Okri, Sigrid Nunez, and Lisa Taddeo.
The next Ha Jin Visiting Lecturer Event, featuring PEN/Faulkner Award-winning author Garth Greenwell, will take place on Wednesday, 4 February at 7:30PM in the Boston University Leventhal Center Auditorium (2nd Floor, 233 Bay State Road, Boston, MA). Garth will give a reading and participate in an audience Q&A. A catered reception and book signing will follow the reading in the BU Castle (225 Bay State Road); books will be available for sale and Garth will sign books.
