Arijit Ray is a Ph.D. student advised by Kate Saenko and Bryan Plummer at Boston University. He is interested in teaching machines to solve tasks by interacting with people and learning to perceive the 3D visual world. His PhD research is in close collaboration with Ranjay Krishna at the University of Washington and the Allen Institute for AI. During his PhD, he has also worked with Facebook AI Research and Google. He received his MS from Virginia Tech, advised by Prof. Devi Parikh.
