Boston University is seeking a passionate, experienced solutions builder and technologist for the Manager, CRM Development role who will be a member of the Boston University Information Services and Technology team.
They will work closely with the cross-functional team, client stakeholders to navigate the Salesforce technical landscape.
They will be responsible for providing technical leadership on projects to support Recruiting, Admissions, and Marketing goals that shall enable Boston University’s academic, administrative and ancillary processes – by providing necessary guidance to team members to follow SDLC and Salesforce best practices while leading them to successful delivery. This individual will manage, coach, and mentor three technical staff or student employees.
