Job description
We have an exciting opportunity at the Cambridge IBM Innovation Center for an IT Specialist to become our Infrastructure IT Specilist. This is a great opportunity for an IT Specialist to grow in his or her career and leadership providing deep technical support in a new generation of intelligent systems and technologies.This role involves managing our lab, our assets and our facility for Client Facing events. The Cambridge IIC is a hub for technical enablements and business development activities for the Americas. He or she will also lead System x technology enablements at the IBM Innovation Center, supporting IBM Business Partners and IT professionals in adopting IBM technologies and enabling their solutions for IBM Platforms.
Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Readiness to travel 10% travel annually
  • English: Fluent
Preferred

  • At least 1 year experience in Intel based servers
  • At least 6 months experience in Programming
  • Basic knowledge in Cloud
  • At least 6 months experience in Computer Networking
  • At least 1 year experience in Operating Systems
