Christopher Canfield holds a Master of Science in Computer Science degree from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Political Science, from Providence College. Christopher worked as a Business Systems Analyst and Application Developer in the Financial Services industry for eight years, at companies including Fidelity Investments, Investors Bank & Trust, and State Street Corporation. He currently works as a Software Engineer at a startup in New York, NY, developing web and mobile applications. Christopher’s work most recently appeared at the ACM Conference of Learning at Scale 2015, where he worked as the lead engineer on the KNOWLA learning tool. Since 2013, he has been a facilitator or grader for BU MET CS 200: Fundamentals of Information Technology, BU MET CS 521: Information Structures with Python, and BU MET CS 683: Mobile Application Development.
