Welcome to our December Cognitive Kit! As the year comes to a close and we celebrate the holiday season, we want to reflect on 2024 and provide some helpful goal-setting materials. This month, we are sharing a book recommendation, coloring page, journal page, word search puzzle, and some additional resources and further reading.
